General Requirement:
- Minimum education of High School/ SMK in Hospitality : Diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain/Shift Leader or 1 year as Supervisor.
- Able to lead a team and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service (optional).
- Customer-service oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, on holidays, and on weekends.
