• Reservation Manager
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years related experience as Reservations Manager
- Expert in Opera Hotel System
- Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
- Maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions.
- Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.

- Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates.
