- Front Desk Agent
General Requirements:
- Male, good looking with proportional body
- High School or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management
- 1 year experience in guest/customer service
- Good communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Additional spoken language is an advantage
- Expert in Opera Hotel System
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception
- Check in/out, rooming all Hotel guest and assisting them with inquiries
