General Requirements:
- High school or vocational certification in hotel management
- 1 year experience in guest / customer service
- Good communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception
- Check in / out, rooming all hotel guest, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries
