Qualifications :
• At least 3 (three) years experience in the same field at 5 stars hotel
• Strong in manpower regulation, legal, leadership skills, training and communication
• Manage the budget and departmental expenses to achieve budgeted goals
• Ensure the plan, organize and execute Human Resources program running well
• Familiar with sunfish system and Human Resources administration
• Proficient in English both spoken & written
