Executive Chef
Requirements:
- Previous, relevant experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef minimum 3 years
- Have experience in opening, training, and coaching
- Have high capability of planning, organizing, problem solving, staff managing and time management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in Western, Asian, and Indonesian cuisine
- A creative approach to the production of high quality food
- Strong organizational and planning skills required
- HACCP knowledge (certified is a plus)
- Able to work in high pressure environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
