1. Head Service Ops
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service of the service department to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
• Lead and manage service teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
• handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer retention
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
• At least 3 years of work experience in a Service Manager or Operations Manger role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the healthcare industry is advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivated and guide staff
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools for tracking, reporting, and scheduling
