1. Front Office Manager
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Lead and supervise the front office team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes, manage guest inquiries, and liaise with guests and team professionally
- Train and develop the front office team to maintain the high service standards Viceroy Bali is known for
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to optimize occupancy and guest comfort
- Monitor front desk performance, analyze reports, and enforce company policies to drive efficiency and service excellence.
