• Restaurant Manager
The requirements :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management
• Proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants
• Experience in handling restaurant pre openings is a plus
• Strong leadership, revenue management and team management skills : ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high service standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems (VHP system)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
