The Valerian Villa Ubud - Bali will opening soon, currently looking for qualified candidates for following positions:
1. Villa Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of operations at The Valerian Villa Ubud (5.000m2 villa with 6 modern units and 2 wooden bungalows), to day-to-day staff management and guests
- Supervise the work of the staffs working in the villa
- Ensure full compliance to Villa's operating controls, SOP's policies, procedures and service standards
- Ensure that the guest's needs are met at all times while maintaining the villa's standards
- Handle complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the operating budget, marketing & sales plan and capital budget
- Manage on-going profitability of the villa, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the villa and management
- Develop improvement actions, carry out costs saving
- Assisting in residential sales as and when required and development with strong sales prospects
- Responsible for legalization, occupational health & safety act, fire regulations and other legal requirements
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for rooms, food & beverage, admin & general, on target and accurate
- Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owner and stakeholders
All candidates must be:
- Min Bachelor's degree in hospitality or hotel management
- Min. 3 years working experience as Villa Manager / Assistant Manager
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales & marketing in hospitality management profession
- Quick witted, honest, energetic, adaptive, and highly motivated
