General Requirements :
• 4-5 years proven work experience in 4 - 5 Star hotel for manager level
• 2-3 years proven work experience in 4-5 Star hotel for assistant manager level
• Educational Background minimum Bachelor degree
• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and Leadership skills
• Excellence presentation skill
• Key Competency : Planning and organize, Take action, Relationship, Management, Creative and innovative, Personal Development
