Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably Tourism & hospitality graduates or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position
- Must be a highly committed individual
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
- Strong organizational skills and strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and orientation to effective teamwork
- Self-initiative and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Full time position, willing to work in shift time
- Placement in Gading Serpong area
Job Description
- Promote and sell sport club memberships
- Process enrollments, renewals, and lapse notifications
- Manage inbound and outbounds calls
- Receive facility reservations and generate facility usage reports
- Manage membership adminitration
- Handle complaints and special requests from members
- Organize and assist with events and exhibitions
- Supervise routine staff tasks
