4. Pastry Sous Chef
5. Front Office Manager (FOM)
The General Qualifications:
- Responsible, able to work in a team as well as individually, and have the ability to handle multiple task at one time
- Good leadership, excellent communication skills, and advanced computer skills (2,4,5)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Mastering kitchen management (pastry), time management, organization, inventory, & supplier relations (4)
- Mastering strong knowledge & skills about classic cakes from various countries (4)
- Have knowledge & ability in developing dessert plating, snacks & high tea products (4)
- Preferred domicile in Malang
