The Sanchaya, a gorgeous uber luxury beachfront estate in Bintan island, Riau archipelago, is looking for a passionate and dynamic:
1. Director of Sales & Marketing
Key of responsibilities:
- Direct leadership of the sales and marketing team
- Design, implement and facilitate the annual marketing plan for the hotel
- Manage the hotel sales contracts and achievement of the hotel revenue plan
- Drive sales activities to boost revenue to the estate through identified market segments
- Develop relationships with relevant travel partners
- Responsible for driving awareness and revenue through relevant marketing activities including developing strong luxury partnership and events per estate's positioning
It is desirable if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position in a luxury 5 star hotel or resort
