4. DW FDA (Front Desk Agent)

Job Requirements :
- Male (1,3,5)
- Female (1,2,4)
- Well groomed and good attitude
- Proven Experience minimum 2 years in 4 star hotel & same position (1-2)
- Proven Experience minimum 1 years in 4 star hotel & same position (3-5)
- Demonstrate Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work well in environment with time constrains and troubleshoot effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill also good in team player
- Highly Organized with Strong Analytical skills, in particular Revenue Management and Sales Marketing Strategies (1)
- Proven success working in an HR department (2)
- Familiar with VHP system (4)
- Passionate to handle operational Front Office (3-4)
- Have driving license (3)
- Passionate to handle public area (5)
