1. Bar Supervisor (Position available for Indonesian nationals only)
Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, leading a dynamic team, and keeping the good vibes flowing? Mandalika Beach Club is looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Supervisor to join our beachfront paradise in Lombok.
About the Role:
As Bar Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our bar operations — ensuring our service is smooth, our drinks are world-class, and our guests leave with unforgettable memories. You’ll lead by example, mentor our bartending team, and help drive the bar’s performance, creativity, and consistency.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cleanliness
- Train, motivate, and schedule bar staff
- Ensure top-notch guest service and high-quality drink presentation
- Create and recommend new cocktail ideas with seasonal and local twists
- Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and manage cost control
- Work closely with the events and management team to support club activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Indonesian nationality only (WNI)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or senior bartender role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends
- A hands-on, team-oriented attitude
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia required)
