Skill & Experiences :
1. Has experience at the same position for minimum of 1 (one) year. (1-10)
2. Strong leadership and a good team player. (1-4,7,8)
3. Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader. (1&2)
4. High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance. (2-6)
5. High level of customer service. (1)
6. Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus. (2-7)
7. Adequate education on position applied preferably. (1-10)
8. Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage. (1,7,9,10)
9. Strong in revenue driven. (1&2)
