Skill & Experiences:
• Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years. (1-4)
• Strong leadership and good team player (1-3)
• Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader (1-3)
• High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance
• High level of customer service
• Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus (1-3)
• Adequate education on position applied and preferably (1-4)
• Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage (1-4)
• Strong in revenue driven. (1-3)
