• Food & Beverage Manager
Your experience and skills include :
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the similar capacity
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Open minded characteristics
• Well presented and professionally groomed at all time
• Familiar with HACCP administration and audit
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
What you will be doing :
• Plan for budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basis
• Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned in the outlets are carried out on time according to inst uction
• Handle guest's complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
• Responsible for the smooth running of all F&B program
• Ensure that health, safety and procedures are in place
