The Konkret Lombok, 17 units Luxury Villa located in Kuta Lombok, is seeking an experience:
1. Housekeeping Manager
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and linen management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
2. Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
3. Ensure that all Villas and guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meeting guest expectations. Must have 5 star standard of working.
4. Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures.
5. Monitor the quality of housekeeping services and take corrective action as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Tourism diploma or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of experience in a housekeeping management role (preferable in 5 star Luxury hotels).
3. Strong knowledge of International housekeeping procedures and techniques
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership and management skills.
6. Mature and fully responsible.
7. Willing to work in Lombok.
