The Konkret Lombok, an exclusive 5-star luxury villa retreat in the breathtaking setting of Kuta Lombok, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Revenue Manager to maximize our revenue potential and establish our property as the premier destination for discerning travelers.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both sales and revenue management within the luxury hospitality sector. You will be a revenue generator, full of initiative, and possess a strong understanding of detailed revenue analysis and action implementation. About the Role:
As the Sales & Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and revenue strategies to optimize occupancy, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall profitability of The Konkret Lombok. Your expertise in luxury sales and detailed revenue analysis will be crucial in achieving our ambitious goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and revenue management within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong initiative and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuta Lombok.
- Fluent English is a must.
