1. E-Commerce & Revenue Analyst
Main Responsibilities :
• Implement Revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
• Create Yearly budget for each properties.
• Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report.
• Maintain engagement with each selected OTA and direct website.
• Checking and Deicide which promotions suitable for properties.
• Discuss with OTA channels on what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion.
• Accountable for OTA targets
• Performance Movement
Requirements :
• Degree in hotel management or similar
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Familiar with OTA extranets and Channel Manager
• Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills.
