Qualifications:
- Max 30-35 years old
- Previous, relevant experience as a sous chef or a high performing chef de Partie in a first-class properties
- Experience HACCP standard
- Excellent leadership skills
- A creative approach to the production of high quality food
- A business focused approach to managing multiple outlets and banquets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, internal and external department
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
