General Requirements :
• 3 years experienced in similar position
• Graduated from university majoring in hotel management
• Fluent in English or other language in both spoken and written
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions plan clearly with strong networking skills.
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team by implement company culture and set the operational for high performance
• Prior experience working with VHP System
