1. Corporate Design Manager
with these below requirements:
Qualifications
- Graduated from Architecture faculty (minimum S1)
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position (hotel group or real estate developer);
- Communication skills, team leading and project leadership;
Candidate must have referenced capabilities in the following areas:
- Architecture and Interior concept development, design and review;
- Hotel product and operational requirements and trends;
- MEP systems applicable to hotels;
- Main and satellite kitchens, storage and supporting areas;
- HACCP minimum requirements;
- Site and progress monitoring, project scheduling;
- English spoken and written
- AutoCad and office productivity tools full proficiency
This role is to deliver technical assistance services to projects, covering: brand standards and specifications, guest experience and comfort, employees areas and workflow efficiency. Lead and coordinate projects, including arranging and conducting regular project meetings. Perform regular site inspections. Issue clear and precise minutes of meeting after each project meeting or site visit.
This role will have direct influence on brand compliance, quality of product, building and interior aesthetics, employees convenience and work efficiency, building energy efficiency, timely opening.
