1. Head Chef
Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and ensure the smooth operation of all kitchen activities.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
- Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and kitchen management software
- Able to join immediately
