• Asst. Front Office Manager
About the role:
• Ensure efficient and smooth front desk processes and procedures.
• Report to the Front Office Manager and assist with additional tasks as required.
• Participate in the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures.
Skills & experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the front office department of a hotel.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
