• Chef de Partie
Qualifications :
1. 3 or 4 Stars experience in the same position from Local Hotel Chain or International Hotel Chain.
2. Having knowledge in HACCP
3. Ability to produce good quality food in all sections
4. Team management skills
5. High level of attention to detail
6. Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you and having Team player qualities
7. Having knowledge in Chinese cuisine is an advantage
