1. Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
2. Familiar with HACCP.
3. Strong in food cost controlling.
4. Strong leadership.
5. Strong in Western & Indonesian Cuisine.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Love to work in a team with target oriented.
