Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership, coaching and counselling skills (1)
2. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking (1)
3. Self motivated and team player.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Must be fluent in English, conversational local language desired.
6. 1 (one) year experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
