Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Education or Human Resources field is preferred
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Hotel experience desired
- Love to work in a team with target oriented
