2. Sous Chef
Qualification:
- Minimum 30 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Strong knowledge in Japanese culinary industry
- Strong leadership skill & able to organize team in multiple outlet / section
- Expert in operating data (inventory making, FCC, Cost controll, etc)
- Control the outlet in term of wasting, pilferage & efficiency
- Able to demonstrate ownership mentality, strong F&B industry awareness, excellent analytical & organization skill
