We’re looking for F&B professionals to join our group as a
1. Jr Sous Chef
2. Restaurant Manager
3. CDP Sushi
Qualification:
- Male
- Experience at least 5 years in Japanese Restaurant (1)
- Experience at least 2 years in Japanese Restaurant (2-3)
- Hard worker & able to work under pressure (1-2-3)
- Max age 38 years old (1-2-3)
- Strong knowledge of kitchen flow & sequence (1-2-3)
- Strong knowledge to handle daily inventory control & stock opname (1-2-3)
- Strong knowledge of purchase and receiving (1-2-3)
- Min SMA/SMK or equal
