Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens is hiring for the positions for our team in one of the most beautiful and unique locations on the paradise island of Lombok as follows:
1). Event Sales Manager
2). Sous Chef
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in the same position at 5-star Luxury - Resort with strong knowledge and skill related to the position.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the hospitality profession.
- Point (1) Displays a proven ability in driving sales revenue particularly for the Corporate, Wedding and Event market, based in Bali or Lombok.
- Point (2) Experience in a fine dining environment and in a culinary leadership role preferred, with ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees and guests.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, good presentation skills and confidence in communication skill.
- Team players, guest service oriented, open minded.
