Qualifications :
• 2 year degree from an accredited university in Culinary, Arts, Restaurant Management or related major or 4 years experience in the Culinary, Food, Beverage or related professional area.
Job Descriptions :
• Provide directions for all day-to-day operations.
• Provides guidance & direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards & monitoring performance
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques & equipment to staff.
• Supervises & coordinates activities cooks & workers engaged in food preparation.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs & financial objectives are met.
