Selvática, a boutique hotel inspired by nature and the peaceful island life of Gili Air, is looking for an active, reliable, and experienced Hotel Operation Supervisor to join our team?
Requirements:
- Male candidate with strong motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in hotels or hospitality.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Trustworthy, punctual, and with good leadership skills.
- Team player and problem solver.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities.
- Conduct inventory and stock control.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks and basic maintenance when needed.
- Ensure cleanliness, service, and maintenance standards are met.
