1. Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- Responsible for both floor and bar operations
- Knowledge in Coffee & Alcoholic drinks is beneficial but not compulsory
- Hire and train staff
- Keep track with daily restaurant sales and customer feedback and continuously improve the restaurant sales and performance
- Control the costs of the restaurant and bar expenses
- Organize marketing strategies with the Marketing team
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Have sense of ownership and leadership
- Friendly, hardworking, honest
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in similar role
- Skilled in budget planning, forecasting & cost control
- Can make reports using basic Word, Excel, and Google sheets
