1. F&B Captain
Requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment with a supervisory or captain role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and food & beverage products.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cash handling and cashiering skills, including POS operations, bill settlements, and payment processing.
- Have a good leadership skills and team player is critical.
