Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years' experience within all areas of culinary field
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management is required
• Proven track record as an administrator, trainer and developer, and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills with all departments
• Strong leadership ability with specific strengths in quality production, innovative style, and high quality food whilst maintaining food costs.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time.
