• Culinary background and minimum 5 years experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant
• Proven skill in menu planning, costing and kitchen administration
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Good understanding with all haccp and hygiene requirements
• Must be creative and proactive in attending to the various needs or customers
