Qualifications :
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in hotels or restaurants.
• Passionate and creative about food, ensure consistent quality, and update with the culinary trends.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety principles and best-practices.
• Must have understanding of the food cost, menu engineering, and maintains an up-to-date market list.
• Strong leadership skills and operational strategy.
• Domicile in Bali and ready to join immediately.
