General Requirements :
• Excellent English Communication Skill, detail oriented
• Minimum 6 months experience as trainee (3,6)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (1.2,4,5)
• Proficient understanding of front office procedures, including check-in/check-out processes, room reservations, billing, and guest services (1,2,3)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the aptitude to motivate and inspire the front office team (1)
• Ability to delegate tasks, set priorities, and effectively manage time and resources (1)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment (1)
• Have a driving license (SIM A) (1,2)
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software used in front office operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design and installation (4)
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools (4)
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (4)
• An understanding of construction safety regulations and standards (5)
• Proficiency in installing thatch roor and installing palimanan stone / paras stone (5)
• Ready to join immediately
