1. Assistant Spa Manager
2. Learning & Development Supervisor
3. Guest Service Assistant
4. Reservation - Daily Worker
General requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent: further education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of spa operations and industry trends (1)
• Certification in spa management or related field is advantageous (1)
• Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing training and development programs (2)
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Ms. Office & HRIS (2)
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation, property management software, Ms. Office (3,4)
• Able to join immediately
