4. Gardener - Daily Worker (Male)
General requirements:
• A least 2 years of experience in a similar position (1.2)
• High school diploma or equivalent: further education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and property management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Have a driving licence (SIM A) (1,2)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (4)
• Knowledge of different plants and their care requirements (4)
• Minimum 6 months experience as a trainee in a relevant position, or equivalent experience (3.4)
