Your experience and skills include :
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• Minimum of 2 Years experiences in 5-star International Chain Hotels with the similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
• A team player & builder

What you will be doing :
1. Ensure that all team members are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
2. Educate and train team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all local laws and safety regulations.
3. Supervise the maintenance and of repair the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents.
4. Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance program.
