Requirements:
1. Hold the position as Sous Chef or above at current moment in 5 star hotel property or was working for 5 star chain hotel brand with lifestyle or luxury property
2. Knowledgeable of modern twist and pastry touch trends and presentation
3. Understand about HACCP and all Kitchen administration
4. Hands-on Chef with ability to develop, elevate and growing the team skills
