Your experience and skills include :
• Min 2 years experience in similar position
• Fluent in English (both verbally written)
• Previous experience in 5 star hotel.
(Luxury brand and Resort would be an advantage)
• Highly motivated, ability to work under pessure, good team player, passionate & guest oriented
• Familiar with Opera System
What you will be doing :
• Continuous improvement Ensure that all menu's, check folders are cleaned and in sufficient quantity.
• Ensure that the hostess stand is cleaned and organized.
• Review the Reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests.
• Greet the quests at the entrance of the restaurant.
