Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as HR Manager, preferable in restaurant or hotel group
- Bachelor degree in psychology, human resources management or equivalent
- Professional HR qualification
- Mastery of technical HR competencies in recruitment, training and employee relations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiar with HRIS
- Placement in Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur
