1. Head of Business Operations
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and lead the overall business operations of the hotel.
2. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.
3. Manage and optimize operational budgets.
4. Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring results and effective communication within the team.
5. Utilize a minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a 3 or 4-star hotel.
6. Demonstrate strong managerial skills and an analytical understanding of hotel operations.
7. Possess excellent command in both written and spoken English and computer literacy.
8. Apply a business-minded approach with extensive knowledge of hotel operations.
Requirements:
1. Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
2. Hands-on, result-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager at a 3 or 4-star hotel.
4. Strong managerial skills.
5. Proficient in hotel analysis.
6. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and computer literate.
7. Business-minded with extensive knowledge of hotel operations.
