1. Finance Controller
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance Controller/FAT Manager in a developer & apartment industry
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management
- Strong knowledge of taxation and tax reporting
- Familiar with accounting standards, compliance, and audit coordination
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a finance team
- Willing to be based in Batam & available to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure tax compliance and handle corporate tax matters
- Optimize cost efficiency and implement financial controls
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
