Pollux Hotel Group are new and modern high rise hotels that are growing rapidly. We are hiring highly dedicated, energetic, and qualified people with relevant experiences to fill the following positions:
1. Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
2. Executive Chef (EC)
3. Executive Housekeeper (EHK)
4. Duty Manager (DM)
5. IT Officer (IT)
6. HR Officer (HRO)
General Requirements:
1. Male/Female, Indonesian citizen only
2. Preferably senior hotel Sales Manager, ADOS or above with 2-3 years experiences with similar hotel type and a wide network of Cikarang and surrounding markets (DOSM)
3. 4-5 hotel or fine restaurants background with Japanese or Korean cuisines specialty (EC)
4. Preferably senior Asst EHK of 4-5 hotels experienced or above (EHK)
5. Experienced Duty Manager of 4-5 hotels or similar (DM)
6. Knowledgeable and experienced with VHP (DM)
7. Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries, in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks (IT)
8. Knowledgeable and experienced with VHP and Bimasakti (IT)
9. Hotel background and hands on knowledge of local laws and norms related with Human Resources (HRO)
10. "A" driving license (DOSM, DM)
11. Pre-opening experience is an advantage
